Mapping of Exon combinations: alternative splicing and alternative start site
Alteration of transcript structure is an important step in gene function regulation. Our data provides comprehensive data on regulatory exon combinations in response to deficiencies in 12 nutrients in Arabidopsis thaliana roots and suggest that varying patterns of exon combinations is involved in response to changing nutritional conditions.
Notes
This data inculdes 9,268 unannotated isoforms, in addition to the 41,671 reference transcripts in the TAIR10 database.
We estimated that the unannotated isoforms contain less than 1% of misassembled transcripts.
