Mutant description Deficiency of jasmonate biosynthesis (Wounding treatment)
Growth protocol After sterilization of seeds treated with hypochlorous acid (10%) for 10 min, seeds were kept in distilled water for 3 days under dark condition at 4 ˚C to enhance germination. Seedling were grown for 7 days in liquid half MS medium (0.8% agar, pH 5.7) with shaking at 110 rpm at 22 ˚C, 24 h continuous light condition.
Treatment protocol Seedlings were shaken with zirconia beads (5 mm diameter, 3 beads per a tube) in a conical tubes by vortex for 15 second. After vortex, seedlings were grown under the previous condition for 24 h.
