Mutant description Deficiency of jasmonyl-isoleucine biosynthesis (Methyl jasmonate treatment)
Growth protocol After sterilization of seeds treated with hypochlorous acid (10%) for 10 min, seeds were kept in distilled water for 3 days under dark condition at 4 ˚C to enhance germination. All plants were grown for 7 days in liquid half MS medium (0.8% agar, pH 5.7) with shaking at 110 rpm at 22 ˚C, 24 h continuous light condition.
Treatment protocol Seedlings were grown in the medium containing hormone for 24 h after methyl jasmonate dissolved in Dimethyl sulfoxide was added to the medium (final conc. 10 µM).
